Gen AI Bootcamp: Building an AI-First Mindset at Cosmomed

Members of our management team recently completed the executive program “AI Bootcamp: Becoming AI-First. Leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence in Business Operations” at ALBA Graduate Business School, delivered in partnership with SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises).

The program ran for 20 hours and focused entirely on applying Generative AI to real business operations. What stood out was how practical it was. No buzzwords, no abstract theory, no vague predictions. Instead, it was built around hands-on workshops and real use cases for integrating AI into core functions such as sales, supply chain, finance, customer operations, and research.

Our team returned with concrete tools, clearer direction on where AI can create value quickly, and the momentum to start embedding these approaches into everyday workflows.

This is part of a broader effort to build real AI capability across Cosmomed. We’re continuing training across teams and focusing on adoption where it will genuinely make work faster, simpler, and more effective. Next, we plan to apply these tools in a structured way with clear use cases, proper governance, and measurable outcomes.
